At Möbel Story, we take pride in curating high-quality, thoughtfully designed products for your home. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges policy.
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
✔ The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
✔ All parts, manuals, and accessories are included
✔ The product is not a final sale or customized order
If your return meets these conditions, simply reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- FLEXA products (as they are made-to-order)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Assembled or used products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Bedding, textiles, and rugs for hygiene reasons
Need a different size or color? If your item is eligible, we can process an exchange instead of a return. Let us know what you need, and we’ll assist you in making the switch.

2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and next steps.
3️⃣ Ship It Back
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Processing & Refunds
- Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within [X] business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
